| Description | 500 students 2023, 17 International Students Situated close to ski-fields, tourist attractions and Christchurch International Airport, Timaru Boys and Timaru Girls are separate high schools offering academic excellence with a strong sporting and cultural focus for years 9 to 13. Both schools share resources with teaching with students traveling from either Timaru Boys’ to Timaru Girls’ or vice versa. Our Aviation Programme is extremely successful and popular, both the 10-week course and a long-term course and opportunity to gain a Private Pilots’ Licence (PPL) with students moving onto a career path through Massey University, University of New South Wales and University of South Australia. |
