Director of International Students
Description | Diocesan School for Girls is an all-girls private school from preschool to year 13 founded in 1903. We offer a prestigious and world-class learning environment with high quality, specialist teachers. Both NCEA and the International Baccalaureate are offered to senior students and the Primary Years Programme (PYP) is used in the Junior School. Diocesan’s academic results consistently rank amongst the top schools in NZ. Our girls are active participants in a dynamic community of learners where small class sizes and high calibre teaching lead to effective teaching and learning relationships. The school prepares our graduates well for further studies in the many elite Universities in NZ and around the world. All girls are encouraged to take advantage of the many leadership opportunities available and participate in a large range of sports, music, dance and drama. Diocesan School for Girls believes that educational development includes caring for each girl’s physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. Pastoral care helps us to deliver this holistic approach. It is about looking after our students; understanding their needs, living away from family and friends in another country. There is always someone available to offer care and support when needed. We would love to hear from you to talk about how a Diocesan education could be the right choice for you. |
